Salary: $30.00 to $43.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 75 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: More than 20 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Type of industry experience: Food
Computer and technology knowledge: Inventory Control Software, Electronic Mail, Spreadsheet, and MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to manage a large workload
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to exercise good judgement, stay organized, show reliability, and work effectively as a team player

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to direct quality control inspections, hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work
- The candidates should be able to evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, and plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
