Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Area of specialization:Â Occupational health and safety
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs
- The candidates should be able to administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs
- The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff
- The candidates should be able to oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- The candidates should be able to manage training and development strategies
- The candidates should be able to liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
