Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage a large caseload and workload
  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines, while demonstrating attention to detail in their work and being capable of performing repetitive tasks

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage training and development strategies, and answer the telephone to relay calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to handle electronic inquiries, order office supplies, maintain inventory, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas, as well as set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
