Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Correspondence, Reports and records, and Invoices

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and coordinate the activities of the HR department to meet the organization’s goals
  • The candidates should be able to direct and control daily operations, direct and supervise staff, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to motivate staff, open and distribute mail and other materials, and plan and organize daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations, oversee the classification and rating of occupations, and establish and implement policies and procedures
