We can assist with various aspects of corporate law, including business formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, and compliance with legal regulations. Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Quick Books, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to multitask, and organized
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics and other information, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
