Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Google Docs, MS Access, MS Office, MS Word, MS Windows, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Area of specialization:Â Reports and records, Charts, tables, graphs and diagrams, Statistics, Invoices
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., supervise other workers, train other workers
- The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries, order office supplies and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information, train, direct and motivate staff, respond to employee questions and complaints
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
