Shifts: Day, Evening, To be determined, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should have a keen attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate accuracy in their work and have a strong focus on client satisfaction
  • The candidates should be organized in their work approach and be effective team players
  • The candidates should demonstrate effective time management skills

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and answer the telephone, relay calls, and messages
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, answer electronic inquiries, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, coordinating the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints, plan and control budget and expenditures, and oversee the preparation of reports
  • The candidates should be able to manage contracts, establish and implement policies and procedures, and assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry, oversee payroll administration, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
