Salary: $25.10 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be proficient in arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, etc., and recording and preparing minutes of meetings
  • The candidates should determine and establish office procedures and routines efficiently, including scheduling and confirming appointments and answer telephone calls and relay messages effectively, addressing electronic inquiries promptly
  • The candidates should compile data, statistics, and other information accurately, and be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • The candidates should arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed, greeting people courteously and directing them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinating the flow of information
  • The candidates should set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, being proficient in typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents
