Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate keen attention to detail in their work
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess the ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate a strong focus on client satisfaction
- The candidates should be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities and reliable in meeting job expectations

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinate the flow of information, type, and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
