Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to multitask effectively, should have excellent oral communication skills, and should have excellent written communication skills
- The candidates should be flexible in adapting to changing tasks, should be organized, and should be accurate in their work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, and should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, and should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
