Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment while managing a large caseload
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of their work

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and be organized while demonstrating flexibility in their work

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, while supervising other workers and planning and controlling budgets and expenditures
  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, train other workers, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development strategies, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of employee data and information, develop communication strategies, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the preparation of reports, advise senior management, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and oversee payroll administration
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, as well as greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, perform data entry, and provide customer service
