Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be adept at managing tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be experienced in handling a large caseload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should should be accurate, prioritize client focus, and possess efficient interpersonal skills in their work
  • The candidates should excel in both oral and written communication, demonstrate flexibility in their approach, and exercise sound judgment

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish work schedules and procedures, train workers in duties and policies, prepare and submit reports, and ensure the smooth operation of equipment
  • The candidates should be able to resolve work-related problems, ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate activities with other work units or department
