Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be prepared to work overtime as required and be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and work under pressure

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
- The candidates should be able to inspect kitchens and food service areas, and clean kitchen and work areas
- The candidates should be able to train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers
- The candidates should be able to order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- The candidates should be able to recruit and hire staff, and manage kitchen operations
