Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to analyze and develop budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies while boosting and maintaining the restaurant’s profits
- The candidates should be able to evaluate daily operations, monitor revenues to determine labor costs, and assess staff performance to ensure efficiency
- The candidates should be able to plan and organize daily operations, determine types of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to cost products and services, negotiate with clients for catering or facility use, and participate in marketing plans and implementation
