Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle physically demanding tasks, and be comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and demonstrate attention to detail

Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs efficiently, and operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware thoroughly
  • The candidates should be able to replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas as needed, and keep accurate records of the quantities of food used during operations
  • The candidates should be able to package take-out food according to established guidelines, portion and wrap foods appropriately for serving or storage, and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items according to recipes and standards
  • The candidates should be able to serve customers at counters or buffet tables with professionalism and courtesy, and take customers’ orders accurately and efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, following health and safety protocols, and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
