Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to troubleshoot and make minor adjustments to equipment and monitor and inspect the quality of material produced
• The candidates should be able to demonstrate supervisory experience and organize and maintain inventory
• The candidates should be able to pack items for shipping and distribution and operate paper converting machines to form products
• The candidates should be able to set up and operate extruding machines to extrude plastic compound through a nozzle or die and change dies on extruding machines according to production line changes
• The candidates should be able to set up and operate one or more moulding machines to mould plastic products and prepare and change moulds and adjust equipment for production line changes
• The candidates should be able to inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards and check products and packaging for defects and ensure conformance to company standards while performing corrective machine adjustments as required
