Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree related to the industry and five to seven years of experience, depending on the level of the position
  • The candidates should be a mutual fund representative (REC) and experience in business development within the financial field and ensure a superior customer experience
  • The candidates should be responsible for the compliance of the administrative unit (RCUA) or be willing to become one within 3-6 months of hiring and proficiency in English
  • The candidates should be client-focused, strong decision-making skills and committed to diversity and inclusion and possess emotional intelligence
  • The candidates should exhibit learning agility and managerial courage and skilled in mobilization
  • The candidates should focus on partner development, excel in problem solving, display resiliency and effective risk management abilities and proficient in strategy execution and manage stress effectively

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to achieve the expected financial contribution target of the branch by identifying with their team the expected behaviors and business development activities
  • The candidates should be able to provide personalized coaching to advisors, the Client Service Manager, and the business development support team to develop their skills and support their career paths
  • The candidates should be able to hire, develop, and manage the performance of their team members effectively
  • The candidates should be able to ensure that team members comply with and enforce established rules of engagement for customer segmentation, SEO, transaction execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, and branch operating procedures
  • The candidates should be able to act as the Business Unit Compliance Officer (AUMR) to supervise all mutual fund representatives (SCRs)
  • The candidates should be able to develop lasting relationships with the branch’s customers through various activities aimed at customer acquisition and retention
  • The candidates should be able to optimize service quality to small businesses by aligning advisor allocation with the branch’s market potential
