Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Shift, Overtime
Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, and Valid driver’s licence
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Electronic Mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows
Security and safety: Basic security clearance and Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, perform repetitive tasks, have attention to detail, sit for extended periods, work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication skills, excellent written communication skills, be reliable, a team player, demonstrate time management skills, exhibit maturity
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to operate a switchboard or telephone system, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting and distributing mail, and answer telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry, provide customer service, and carry out basic bookkeeping tasks
