Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to operate a cash register, receive payment for goods or services, and calculate daily/shift payments received, reconciling with total sales
The candidates should be able to stock shelves, clean the counter area, and greet customers
The candidates should be able to wrap or place merchandise in bags, monitor all entrances and exits, and request proof of payment when necessary
The candidates should be able to verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
