Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 36 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: North Battleford, SK
Shifts: Overtime, 08:30 to 17:30
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, travel expenses paid by employer, and parking paid by employer
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as other trades certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, Caseware/Caseview, database software, MS Office, Internet, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Outlook, and Sage Accounting Software
Credentials: Charterered Professional Accountant (CPA)
Security and safety: Bondable, criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls and prepare financial statements and reports
- The candidates should be able to prepare financial information for individuals, departments, or companies and prepare income tax returns from accounting records
- The candidates should be able to prepare reports and audit findings and analyze financial documents and reports
- The candidates should be able to examine accounting records and provide financial, business, and tax advice
