Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Work setting: Urban area, business sector, and fitness centre
Supervision: Internet, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong attention to detail and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working effectively under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling, and comfortable with performing repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be client-focused and have efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and be flexible
  • The candidates should be reliable and a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to act as a spokesperson for an organization, answer written and oral inquiries, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • The candidates should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers, arrange for billing for services, and arrange for refunds and credits
  • The candidates should be able to explain the type and cost of services offered, issue receipts and other forms, and maintain records and statistics
  • The candidates should be able to obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties, receive and log complaints, receive payments, sell merchandise, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
