Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail

- The candidates should be dependable, client focus, reliable, and organized
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills and be a team player
Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to register arriving guests, assign rooms, process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations
- The candidates should be able to provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests’ departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- The candidates should be able to maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, perform clerical duties (i.e., faxing, filing, photocopying), and answer telephone calls and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
