- The candidates should be able to help clients manage their accounts and products, focusing on the client experience and making interactions meaningful
- The candidates should be able to connect clients to the right CIBC team members who can help them reach their goals
- The candidates should be able to listen, ask questions, and put themselves in the client’s shoes to solve problems effectively
