- The candidates should be able to organize and attend joint sales calls with vendors and clients to enhance relationship-building and sales efforts
- The candidates should be able to continuously update customers on product changes and modifications to keep them informed and satisfied
- The candidates should be able to provide solutions to customers’ problems, ensuring their needs are met efficiently
- The candidates should be able to introduce new product releases to customers and educate them on the benefits of new offerings
- The candidates should be able to liaise between customers and the company to ensure timely updates on service, pricing, and new product releases
- The candidates should be able to perform maintenance and update customer accounts, including keeping contact names up to date for future sales
- The candidates should be able to keep up to date on new products, services, procedures, and tools by attending training and departmental meetings and use SAP COM effectively as a day-to-day activity for managing customer data and sales processes
