Salary: $35.50 to $37.50 hourly (To be negotiated) for 35 hours per week

Shifts: Overtime
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Database management and MS Office
Credentials: In-house training from a law firm or law clerk program
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, should be able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and should have strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to manage a large caseload
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, should have excellent oral and written communication skills, and should be organized
- The candidates should be client-focused, should be dependable, accurate, and reliable, and should be team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate administrative services, and should be able to draft contracts, prepare promissory notes, and draw up wills, mortgages, and other legal documents
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems, and should be able to collect and record administrative and service fees
- The candidates should be able to draft legal correspondence, and should be able to review and analyze data such as past sales, title searches, engineering and alignment maps, and soil maps
