Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be available for flexible schedules, including some positions with day, evening, and weekend shifts of 9-24 hours per week
  • The candidates should be able to work day shifts, with some positions offering up to 35 hours per week, subject to seasonal programming demands

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to ease the airport experience for premium customers by providing exceptional concierge services
  • The candidates should be able to assist premium customers at all touchpoints, including check-in, the Air Canada Signature Suite, and personal service areas
  • The candidates should be able to deliver a high level of service modeled after five-star hotel concierge standards
  • The candidates should be able to manage a variety of daily duties, including rebooking flights, responding to office emails and phone calls, and resolving customer complaints
  • The candidates should be able to provide a helpful, proactive, and professional approach, ensuring all customer requests are followed through
  • The candidates should be able to create a welcoming atmosphere for premium customers by ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and a positive attitude
  • The candidates should be able to embody the philosophy of “If it’s possible, consider it done” to enhance the customer experience
