Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 60 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Personal protective equipment (PPE) training
Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional and Sidewalks and curbs
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs)
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials, operate mobile and tower cranes, and clean and lubricate cranes
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, as well as operate pile driving and gantry cranes
- The candidates should be able to mix, pour, and spread concrete and asphalt, assist in drilling and blasting rock, and operate cranes mounted on boats or barges
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications, assist in demolishing buildings, and clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to perform routine maintenance work, remove rubble and other debris, and direct traffic at or near construction sites
