Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the French and English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a university degree in in business administration
Experience: Candidates should have at least 4 years of progressive sales experience, including roles as a sales representative and account manager

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to travel up to 10% of the time, a good understanding of financial aspects, including sales expense management and P&L analysis

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be bilingual in French and English and proficient in sales reporting systems and AC Nielsen data
  • The candidates should have sales experience using data-driven approaches and conducting category reviews
  • The candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a proven ability to conduct effective negotiations with clients

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to use the category management process to obtain customer collaboration on mutually beneficial response plans
  • The candidates should be able to address customer needs and aim to increase revenue, market share, and contributions through knowledge-based solutions
  • The candidates should be able to proactively identify and implement business development initiatives to achieve superior results for Kraft Heinz and its customers
  • The candidates should be able to detect and exploit new opportunities by influencing consumer purchasing behavior
  • The candidates should be able to effectively manage commercial budgets and forecasts within the categories under their responsibility
