Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English, French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a high school diploma
Experience: Candidates should have previous travel industry experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be available to attend and successfully pass an approximately eleven (11) week full-time paid initial training program
- The candidates should be available to work shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- The candidates should be effective, self-motivated multi-taskers who can work independently with minimal supervision
- The candidates should be able to work effectively and independently with computer applications and online tools and eligible to work in Canada
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to find creative solutions to complex customer situations and strong communication skills
- The candidates should speak English fluently. Priority will be given to candidates who speak English and French. Candidates who can speak one or more of the following languages in addition to English—French, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, Cantonese, or Mandarin—are highly desired
- The candidates should have customer service experience within a call centre environment
- The candidates should have a working knowledge of computer applications and the internet
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to advise members on how to get the most out of the program and research, book, and reschedule flights
- The candidate should be able to support customers in navigating the technologies utilized within the self-service verticals website, mobile apps, customer sign-in
- The candidate should be able to enhance membership loyalty by promoting partners and and resolve member concerns
