Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, 13:00 to 22:00
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Type of experience: Call centre experience
Computer and technology knowledge: Internet
Own tools/equipment: Computer and internet access
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have attention to detail and be capable of performing repetitive tasks, even in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate punctuality and possess efficient interpersonal skills, excel in oral and written communication, and be organized and reliable team players
- The candidates should have a strong focus on client satisfaction, excel in oral and written communication, be flexible, and demonstrate honesty
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to answer inquiries, provide information to customers, explain the type and cost of services offered, and sell merchandise
- The candidates should be able to obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, inquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services, receive, and log complaints
