- The candidates should be able to adhere strictly to standards and policies for cold chain compliance, thermometer calibrations, temperature recording, food handling, product rotation, sell-by dates, and expiration dates
- The candidates should be able to follow food safety and handling procedures meticulously, including sanitation and cleaning protocols
- The candidates should be able to follow proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups or markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing or labels
- The candidates should be able to keep the area neat, clean, and organized (N.C.O.), ensuring it is free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids
