Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Business intelligence, and Data Warehouse

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to collect and document users’ requirements and develop logical and physical specifications, research, evaluate, and synthesize technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems
• The candidates should be able to design, construct, modify, implement, and test data models and database management systems, design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions, and develop data, process, and network models to optimize architecture and evaluate the performance and reliability of designs
• The candidates should be able to conduct research and provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding the selection, application, and implementation of database management tools, plan, design, and coordinate the development, installation, integration, and operation of computer-based systems, and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
• The candidates should be able to assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures for operating systems, communications environments, and applications software, and lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems
• The candidates should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy, and data access rules, and develop policies and procedures for network access and usage and for the backup and recovery of data
• The candidates should be able to conduct research and provide advice to other information systems professionals regarding the collection, availability, and suitability of data and lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
