Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional Residential
Equipment and machinery experience: Concrete vibrators, Jackhammers, Drills, Small front end loaders, and Sledgehammer
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should be able to work in physically demanding conditions
- The candidates should have manual dexterity
- The candidates should be capable of lifting weights up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and have experience working at heights
- The candidates should be familiar with working in confined spaces and be able to handle dangerous work environments
- The candidates should be accustomed to working in dusty conditions

- The candidates should be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively with others
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials
- The candidates should be able to erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- The candidates should be able to level earth to fine grade specifications
- The candidates should be able to pave and rake asphalt
- The candidates should be able to assist in demolishing buildings
- The candidates should be able to clean and pile salvaged materials
- The candidates should be able to remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
