Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a professional studies diploma in electro mechanics or industrial mechanics
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in the relevant

• The candidates should have relevant experience in team management and communicate proficiently in both official languages

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to ensure the proper functioning of the team and maintain factory productivity related to maintenance requests
• The candidates should be able to effectively distribute tasks or projects among the electro mechanics team
• The candidates should be able to intervene during production issues related to maintenance and test equipment to ensure proper performance
• The candidates should be able to participate in information meetings and daily monitoring activities
• The candidates should be able to conduct maintenance and repair of equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• The candidates should be able to assist in resolving maintenance-related problems and propose projects to improve performance
• The candidates should be able to adhere to food production rules regarding health and safety and participate in equipment installation and startup processes
• The candidates should be able to participate in improving work methods and investigating workplace accidents
