Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of hold a college or professional diploma in administration
Experience: Candidates should have at least five years of experience as an executive assistant for senior management

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate proactivity, rigor, and professionalism in a confidential environment
  • The candidates should be able to be occasionally available to provide support outside normal working hours

Other Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to proactively manage schedules, emails, and correspondence, ensuring necessary follow-ups
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate quarterly meetings, committees, and internal and external events, handling both administrative and document management tasks
  • The candidates should be able to draft or revise communications for internal and external audiences
  • The candidates should be able to organize travel arrangements and business trips, as well as process reimbursement and payment requests
  • The candidates should be able to serve as a resource person for IT, HR, or other team-related
  • The candidates should be able to interact confidentially with external clients, senior management, and various internal departments
