Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should not smoke and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping department, ensuring safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times
- The candidates should be able to plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews effectively, coordinating inspections of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- The candidates should be able to supervise staff to maintain high-quality housekeeping standards and supervise maintenance and repair services to ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for housekeeping staff, maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms efficiently
- The candidates should be able to supervise in-house laundry services to meet cleanliness standards, schedule and assign duties for housekeeping staff according to workload and priorities
- The candidates should be able to ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are strictly followed, handle hiring and dismissal of staff as needed, and respond promptly to guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
