Salary: $25.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Squamish, BC
Shifts: Day
Work setting: Industrial facility or establishment
Supervision: Staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments
- The candidates should be capable of efficiently performing repetitive tasks and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination and be able to stand for extended periods as necessary
- The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

- The candidates should demonstrate dependability in their work and exhibit reliability in their tasks and commitments
- The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others, and be hardworking and committed to achieving goals
- The candidates should maintain a positive attitude in their work environment
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
- The candidates should be able to move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
- The candidates should be able to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas and operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
