Salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 35 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine or optometry
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP), licensure by provincial or territorial authorities

- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be organized
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients’ physical and mental health and coordinate or manage primary patient care
- The candidates should be able to prescribe and administer medications and treatments, and provide acute care management
- The candidates should be able to inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases, and participate in health care policy and planning
- The candidates should be able to advise patients on health care and provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
- The candidates should be able to report births, deaths, contagious, and other diseases to government authorities, and be the patient advocate
