Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle repetitive and physically demanding tasks, have the ability to distinguish between colors, and be comfortable standing for extended periods, as well as with tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work effectively as a team player

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

The candidates should be able to perform deleafing
The candidates should be able to mix fertilizer
The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
The candidates should be able to perform weeding
The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
The candidates should be able to detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry
The candidates should be able to perform general farm duties
The candidates should be able to assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
The candidates should be able to ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
