Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Type of crops: Cherries, Apples
Equipment and machinery experience: Automated irrigation system, Tractor

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and be physically demanding
The candidates should be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
The candidates should be able to handle a large workload
The candidates should plant trees and orchard fruit
The candidates should be able to work in noisy areas, outdoors, hot areas, and dusty areas

Other Requirements:

The candidate should be organized
The candidates should have excellent oral communication, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
