Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have two or more years of agriculture or heavy duty repair experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience working on commercial sites
- The candidates should be willing to work unconventional hours
- The candidates should have a willingness to learn and take instruction
- The candidates should be capable of troubleshooting and problem-solving
- The candidates should be physically able to lift up to 50lbs
- The candidates should be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being an effective team member
- The candidates should have proficiency in hydraulic system and small gas engine diagnostics and repairs
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be mechanically inclined
- The candidates should possess knowledge of equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
- The candidates should have good organizational skills
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multi-task effectively
- The candidates should have experience repairing augers, conveyors, post pounders, grain vacuums, and seed treaters
- The candidates should maintain a clean driving abstract
- The candidates should possess exceptional customer service skills
- The candidates should have experience working safely near moving machinery or hazardous areas
- The candidates should be able to continue to grow lean knowledge
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to repair and service a wide variety of portable agriculture machinery such as augers, conveyors, post pounders, grain vacuums and seed treaters
- The candidates should be able to safely operate, maintain, and manage inventory of a service vehicle
- The candidates should be able to perform in-field repairs on permanent commercial and non-commercial grain and fertilizer handling job sites
- The candidates should be able to create work orders and document repairs
- The candidates should be able to have parts knowledge, interpret parts catalogues, and order parts for repairs
- The candidates should be able to assist in product assembly processes
- The candidates should be able to confer with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve repair or assembly problems
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment to like-new appearance, according to maintenance plans and established procedures
- The candidates should be able to maintain a positive work atmosphere
- The candidates should be able to ensure that safe work practices are followed and adhered to
