Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to cultivate strong partner relationships and possess digital savviness and the ability to effectively utilize mobile applications

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should hold a Financial Planning Designation (PFP® or CFP®) and a Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC)
  • The candidates should demonstrate proven networking and client acquisition skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide tailor-made financial planning advice and solutions using a diverse array of investment and portfolio options, including proprietary and select third-party mutual fund solutions
  • The candidates should be able to acquire and consolidate existing and new-to-RBC clients
  • The candidates should be able to connect clients with the appropriate RBC team members to help continuously meet their
  • The candidates should be able to develop external business referral sources through networking, marketing, and leveraging their centers of influence
