Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate strong planning, judgment, and decision-making skills and the ability to think independently when organizing the store

- The candidates should be highly organized, efficient time management skills and knowledge of products and supplies
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure cashier and merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures and train cashiers and merchandisers in job functions
- The candidates should be able to provide ongoing guidance and instruction to staff and implement all loss prevention standards and manage daily cash office inventory, cashier tracking, tracking sheets, and PC Optimum procedures
- The candidates should be able to ensure store employees present a proper image to the public in accordance with the Uniform Policy and answer customer inquiries regarding product locations, rainchecks, and other store-related concerns
- The candidates should be able to resolve customer issues following established guidelines, including refunds and exchanges and promote the CSI Survey to enhance customer satisfaction
- The candidates should be able to ensure shelves are clean, organized, and properly rotated and set up and take down product displays as directed by the AFSM/FSM and maintain housekeeping standards and the overall store image
- The candidates should be able to comply with all Health and Safety requirements,  perform clerical and banking duties and follow all store policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to adhere to and execute loss prevention policies and procedures in the store and perform other duties as required, including cashier duties
