Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be 16 years of age or older
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide excellent customer service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers with product or service inquiries, locating merchandise, aiding in purchase decisions, resolving customer issues, and referring concerns appropriately
- The candidates should be able to cover an assigned area(s) on the salesfloor and move feature merchandise to its designated modular home
- The candidates should be able to zone assigned areas, ensuring merchandise is neatly organized and presentable
- The candidates should be able to work on recovering merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store
- The candidates should be able to maintain communication with other associates to ensure adequate floor coverage and assist with Front End coverage
- The candidates should be able to contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company policies and procedures, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are properly secured
- The candidates should be able to stock merchandise, pick items for customer orders, downstock inventory if applicable, apply product protection measures when necessary, and set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps
