Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Area of work experience: Cleaning
Equipment: Polishing Machines, Power Tools, Security System And Upholstery Cleaning Equipment

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads
The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks, bend, crouch and kneel, and lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs)

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs, and perform minor repairs on appliances
The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, supervise other workers, and move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, and work with minimal supervision

Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
