Salary: $18.50 hourly for 30 to 60 hours per week

Transportation information: Vehicle supplied by employer, valid driver’s licence

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform physically demanding tasks, and perform repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail, handle heavy loads, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, walking
• The candidates should be able to demonstrate hand-eye coordination, work overtime when required, and distinguish between colours
• The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, walk for extended periods, and bend, crouch, and kneel

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should be organized, be team players, and have efficient interpersonal skills
• The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and reliability

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to handle animals, monitor animal health, and feed and tend animals
• The candidates should be able to operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, clean stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, and maintain work records and logs
• The candidates should be able to write daily basic progress reports
