Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Business Administration Diploma
Experience: Candidates should have work experience in a client-service focused role and environment

  • The candidates should have the ability to effectively exchange information and manage time and tasks efficiently

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have related experience working within a human resource environment
  • The candidates should have experience using Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and strong relationship-building skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to support the work of Analysts by providing comprehensive management, consultative, analytical, and advisory services to clients on a broad range of organizational activities and initiatives for core government departments and select agencies, boards, and commissions
  • The candidates should be able to triage classification requests and evaluate noncomplex or duplicate positions utilizing current job evaluation methodologies, preparing files for classification review and appeals
  • The candidates should be able to ensure all outcomes related to classification reviews and approved organizational restructurings are processed and reflected accurately in PeopleSoft, and produce organizational charts to reflect the same
  • The candidates should be able to track and trend review outcomes utilizing internal databases and compile monthly reports
  • The candidates should be able to identify and recommend process improvements to workflows within the line of business and perform other related duties
