Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., plan and control budget and expenditures, and establish and implement policies and procedures
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, oversee the classification and rating of occupations, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- The candidates should be able to manage training and development strategies, oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and oversee development of communication strategies
- The candidates should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints, recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, and recruit and hire staff
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
