Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language

Experience: Candidates should have 0-3 years of experience in Human Resources

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be proficient in applications such as Workday and Excel

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work from the Toronto General Office, with a requirement to be in the office at least 40% of the time and a Bachelor’s
  • The candidates should be able to conduct business in English (both written and verbal), with French
  • The candidates should have a passion for HR and/or a focus in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Effectiveness, or Industrial Psychology

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to act as a strong HR Partner to P&G Canada organizational units, contributing to executive coaching, manager capability development, site culture formation, change management, organizational design, and effectiveness
  • The candidates should be able to ensure the execution of People Systems, Policies, and Processes with excellence, spanning areas such as DEI, safety, employee relations, and stewardship
  • The candidates should be able to lead large-scale HR projects and initiatives to support both the HR function and P&G Canada as a whole
  • The candidates should be able to continually invest in their own HR capabilities through both formal and informal training opportunities
