Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of post-secondary degree
Experience: Candidates should have 1 to 2+ years of professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships and digitally literate using a variety of systems and tools
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude and a strong ambition to succeed and possess great communication skills
- The candidates should hold a Life/A and S License (HLLQP/LLQP) or be willing to complete it before the start date
- The candidates should have an existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence
- The candidates should be fluent in English and at least one other language and strong communication skills
- The candidates should have industry designations such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), or CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist)
- The candidates should have experience in cross-selling, possess deep customer knowledge and knowledgeable about competitive markets
- The candidates should excel in interpersonal relationship management, expertise in life insurance and address customer needs effectively
- The candidates should have a solid background in sales, proficient in sales activities and demonstrate perseverance and follow-through
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to connect with clients through discovery to better understand their life events and offer comprehensive insurance and financial advice that aligns with their current and changing
- The candidates should be able to promote a client-first mindset in a digital environment by meeting clients when it is most convenient for them
- The candidates should be able to develop and deepen client relationships using Salesforce and other compliant customer tools and electronic forms
- The candidates should be able to contribute to and be accountable for their team’s sales success through the achievement of their individual sales goals
- The candidates should be able to increase their external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals from approved centers of influence
- The candidates should be able to regularly review individual business results and adjust activities as required to meet established targets
